World Of Tank Blitz is a Battle Tank Game made by Wargaming which was first released on 26 June 2014 for IOS then Android and PC the following year, this is the first realistic Tank Battle game that I played, first played around 2018 until now even though it is rather rare to play, here I will share the experience of tips and tricks for playing the World Of Tank Blitz game and from the WOT Blitz Group Friends on Facebook especially for those of you who are new to playing this game.
1. Make sure you bring Premium Ammo even if it's not much
Make sure you buy with silver coin , not Gold (Gold is one of the most important items in this game that can be used to buy tanks, boxes or other costumes) Premium ammo is very important because it has the highest penetration in a tank to deal with Heavy Tanks or Destroyers that have thick armor.
2. Use Hesh (HE) for tanks with gun caliber above 122mm.
Especially for those of you who like to use large caliber tanks when it is difficult to penetrate the opponent's tank armor, just use Hesh to make sure it is hit at least in the yellow area and if possible hit in the colorless armor zone (usually located beside or behind the tank) to get maximum damage (can destroy the tank once hit) such as KV2, SU Group, Grille, FV251b 183, Jagdpanzer, Ho-Ri etc.
3. Use Consumable and Provision
Consumables are useful for repairing tanks, putting out fires if they catch fire, healing crew, or all at once if using the Multipurpose restoration Pack Kit.
Buffs found in the Consumable menu are Engine Boost to speed up tanks or Adrenaline which can speed up Ammo refills,
There are Buffs that only some tanks have such as
- Reactive Armor
to increase armor strength temporarily
- Improved Engine Boost
accelerates tanks and increases engine power better than regular Engine Boost
- Reticle Calibration
Reduce aiming time and gun dispersion.
- Shell Reload Boost
Speed up reloads for tanks that have more than 1 ammo (but not all have this buff)
PROVISON useful for increasing speed, reload time, gun dispersion, adding HP and aiming time. in Provision there are also various kinds of unique Provision that only tanks from certain countries have for crew mastery such as Tea, Croissant, Cola, Onigiri, Tofu Soup, Zurek, Tofu Soup, Crispbread, Condense Milk and Field Ration etc. which can increase Crew Mastery 3% or 10%.
There are also Provisions that only some Tanks have such as :
- Enhanched Sand Bag Armor : increase Tank HP 6%
- Spall Liner : reduces 20% of high damage caused by enemy HE fire
- Improved Gun Powder : increases the speed of bullets hitting the enemy by 35%
We can only choose 3 Consumables and 3 Provisions, use only what you think is necessary.
4. As much as possible follow the playstyle of the type of Tank you're using
When playing try to follow the Tank playstyle, such as light tanks have speed so it is possible to detect enemy tanks, mediums can support Light Tanks, Destroyers or Heavy.
Heavy Tanks or Destroyers with thick armor can be in the front line to block some of the damage coming from the opponent's Tank shots, and Destroyers that have thin armor mostly have a large gun caliber to support from behind, do not go forward alone and help the Team that needs help and also do not camp behind without calculation (actually it's okay to camp behind but look at the conditions) so that victory can belong to your team.
5. Upgrade Tank
Don't forget to upgrade our tanks as well as engines, guns, tracks etc. in the upgrade menu. to increase damage, speed etc. but according to your needs, in the upgrade menu we can also buy Tanks with a higher Tier after choosing the appropriate upgrade path (make sure you have a Garage / Garage to buy it or sell a Tank that you don't think will be used, you can buy it again later) Garage can also be obtained in the shop menu with gold or get free from random daily boxes.
6. Increase Crew Mastery 100%
To make it easier for you to operate your tank, increase the tank crew mastery to 100%, the easy way is to use gold, but instead of using gold just use silver coins for 75% mastery to make it easier for us to make it 100% when we play using Crew XP Booster, Crew Mastery is useful for increasing armor, HP, reload speed, etc.
After 100% mastery we can also upgrade the crew with XP which can only be upgraded with certain types of tanks such as Light, Medium, Heavy and Destroyer.
Upgrading Crew has different functions such as speeding us up when capturing bases, putting out fires, repairing tracks, rotating tanks etc.
7. Use Equipment
Equipment consists of 3 levels, we can open it with silver coins and we can choose 2 choices, different from provision, we don't need to buy it again while playing, Equipment functions are almost similar to provision such as increasing aiming speed, lowering gun dispersion, adding HP or armor, can see tanks in further areas, speeding up consumable cooldown time etc.
8. Use Camouflage
Camouflage or Camo can be obtained in the Daily Box, buy it in the Shop or get it for free at events or after completing quests.
Camo functions so that the tank is somewhat more difficult to detect by the enemy team and gives you the opportunity to attack.
Certain tanks have unique camouflage such as KV 2 Menacing, Cromwell B Berlin, FV251b 183 Hammer, Sheridan Sidewinder, FV 4005 Overkill, VK 36.01 Football, SU 152 Taiga, T49 Hornet, Tiger (P) Sandsturm, E-100 Stalwart etc.
Attachments: not all tanks have these attachments are just tank accessories that do not have other functions such as drones, machine guns, flame throwers, ladders, jack o lanterns, snowmen, strobes, eagle statues, bats etc.
9. Join The Clan
Joining a Clan has its own benefits such as being able to interact with other players, when completing Clan Mission you can get Gold, xp, silver and camo.
We can also access Personal Access whose function can give us discounts when buying tanks, buying provisions, having clan camo and can buy Tank Is 5 in the shop.

Tanks can be obtained for free from grinding XP in the desired country line (for regular tanks), for Premium Tanks (yellow writing) or Tank Collectors (blue writing) obtained from completing certain Event quests, collecting Blueprints, and from random boxes, or can buy them in the Shop (better when there is a discount or on Black Friday).
New tanks also appear every month but we also have to buy the license, premium tanks or collectors can collect XP or Silver Credit more than ordinary tanks.
Admin does not recommend buying random boxes (Gatcha) with a very small percentage of getting tanks (Not worth it).
- Ammorack
Large-caliber tanks have a higher percentage of allowing us to Ammorack enemy tanks (Ammorack causes the tank to burn, reloading bullets takes longer, or can blow up the tank even though the HP is still full), Ammorack is obtained if we shoot the bullet storage section and is located differently in each tank..
- Box
Can be obtained for free when completing missions or quests and also when opening daily chests in the shop, can also buy it in the Shop with gold or with Purchase,
Box contains Tank, Garage, Booster, XP, Silver, Gold, Discount, Premium Account, Camo and Avatar depending on the type.
- How to get Gold
Obtained from a random chest or box, complete a quest, complete a level at an event, obtained with Gold Booster, sell premium tanks, or by viewing advertisements.
